Working under a number of reputable businesses, Evan’s turning point came with the impending birth of his first child, when he decided to branch out and found Watershed Constructions. Since their inception, Watershed has undergone an expansion and now operates as Watershed Building Company. He has vast experience in construction and is personally skilled in carpentry, joinery, renovations, extensions, consultation, and all building services.
With a personal interest in eco-builds, Evan is passionate about sustainable, energy-efficient housing and Passive Solar Principals — he encourages his clients to ‘go green’ wherever possible. He also has a fascination of "Tiny Homes" that promote minimalist-style living.
Thriving on challenges, Evan particularly enjoys bespoke projects that bring unique, one-of-a-kind creations to life. This, coupled with superior craftsmanship and Evan’s personable approach to project management, means his clients always receive an exceptional watershed experience.
Casey Turner, Business Director
Bachelor of Commerce
With a Bachelor of Commerce and experience in business management, Casey is our behind-the-scenes management maestro. Among other things, she keeps us organised by looking after our administration and finances, and expertly coordinating Watershed Building Company movements.
As a Community Board Member, Casey is passionate about collaboration and, of course, community. She especially enjoys creating meaningful spaces where families can flourish, and believes it’s vital that our unique designs perfectly capture and reflect the personality of each client.
