Here’s How It All Works
Our simple four-step process.

Discover
We’ll sit down for an obligation-free discussion about your vision. You can tell us what you’re planning and share your inspirations so we can get a feel for your style and practical needs, and tailor something unique to you. We’ll also take some measurements, assess the space, and determine if there’s anything that might hold us back from what we want to achieve. If there is, we’ll come up with a suitable workaround.
2.
Design
Now, we’ll draw up some preliminary plans. This is very much a collaborative process, so you can alter the concepts until you’re happy with them— we want you to love your new space! Once approved, we’ll go through pricing with you and ensure we map out a budget you’re comfortable with. This is also where you’ll be presented with a quote and contract documents.
3.
Develop
Once all the official requirements are handled (like council approval), the fun begins! As site works start, you’ll see the space you’ve been dreaming about come to life. As guests in your home or workplace, we work with minimal disruptions to your daily routine, but we’ll keep you updated of progress every step of the way.
4.
Deliver
With the last details in place, we’ll do a final review of the work and ensure everything stands up to Watershed Constructions quality. Whether it’s landscaping construction, a granny flat, a second-story addition, or something else entirely, we’ll wrap up and hand over your brand-new space. Enjoy!
