When it starts out as “just this wall” then “oh that one too” and then “while you’re at it...” turns into “well, we’ve come this far!!” Moving inside at this particular project due to the weather, most of the internal walls have been removed in preparation for roof & ceiling line alterations with a reconfiguration of the internal layout. . .

RENOVATION.EXTENSION.
Here’s one of our current projects underway. This is a multi stage extension which will then roll into a renovation of the remaining existing dwelling. All RHS steel sub floor frame partially welded with steel stumps into the Kalamunda rock!! Floor completed, now onto a few wall frames 🔨 🔨!! . .

POLE.HOME.EXTENSION
This was an extension built to increase the number of bedrooms to the home. Owner designed, it is beautifully perched atop the hills of Brigadoon. Metal sub floor frame installed before some monster 120mm wall frames. Then clad in CGI walling with some commercial window frames accenting the scheme nicely. Locked up and plasterboard hung, onto the next one.... .

We were brought back from the Christmas break a little bit early to commence this little project. We’re constructing a change room facility for one of WA’s largest flour mills. So far, frames built onsite and stood with a @tillingsmartframe smart joist ceiling frame and the exterior clad with particle board as we push on!! .

Back in the saddle after an extended Christmas break and while the our directors spent it celebrating the newest addition to the family, it has been devastating to watch the loss that has been inflicted on many individuals, families, businesses & community groups!! We want to give back what we can to support those effected & inflicted by these fires.

Corporately, we want to commit to donating 10% of our profits for the March quarter to Red Cross while personally, our directors will donate $40 for each ‘carton charge’. The ‘carton charge’ for those who don’t know, is tax implemented by fellow tradespeople for mistakes made onsite like the old 100mm trick, cutting material too short etc.

Also, for any clients who book projects throughout the March quarter regardless of their completion date, we will donate 10% of our profits.
